Simple Lemon Vinaigrette for topping:


  1. Saute the cauliflower rice with coconut oil, cumin, & salt for 5-10 minutes until softened but not mushy
  2. Prep the rest of the veggies for the bowl
  3. Put the rice (still warm) in a bowl & add the rest of the veggies in
  4.  Drizzle the Lemon Vinaigrette on top & enjoy!

    Tip : Add Some Sliced Avocado for Extra Fats!
