Keto Summer Salami Salad

Ingredients
- 1 c romaine lettuce – chopped
- 1/2 c arugula
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- 6 slices applegate uncured genoa salami
- 3 strawberries, quartered
- 2 tbsp tessamaes balsamic vinegar dressing
- S & P for seasoning to taste

Directions:
- Add the romaine & arugula to a bowl
- Slice avocado, salami, and strawberries and add to greens
- Drizzle dressing over the top
- Season with salt and pepper
- Enjoy!
