Ingredients

  • 1 c romaine lettuce – chopped
  • 1/2 c arugula
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 6 slices applegate uncured genoa salami
  • 3 strawberries, quartered
  • 2 tbsp tessamaes balsamic vinegar dressing
  • S & P for seasoning to taste

Directions:

  1. Add the romaine & arugula to a bowl
  2. Slice avocado, salami, and strawberries and add to greens
  3. Drizzle dressing over the top
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Enjoy!
