Beef & Spinach Meatballs with Garlic Aioli
- Mix together beef, egg, garlic, seasoning, chives and onions.
- Roll into meatballs.
- Place on cookie sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 425.
- Cook 35 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the aioli by mixing all ingredients together.
- Once meatballs are done, immediately transfer to a bowl or saucepan, and gently cover with aioli.
