Snickerdoodle Dough Bites
Serving size: Makes 24 servings
Ingredients:
1/2 c cashew butter 1/4 c almond butter 1/4 c coconut butter (melted down) 1/2 c coconut flour 3 tbsp monkfruit maple syrup 2 sc vanilla collagen 1/8 tsp pink himalayan salt 1/8 tsp cinnamonFor Coating:
- 2 Tbsp monkfruit granulated sweetener
- 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Mix together all three nut butters until fully combined
- Stir in remaining ingredients until the “dough” is formed. (if the dough is too loose, you may want to refrigerate just a bit until the coconut butter hardens back up)
- Roll the dough into approximately 1 Tbsp size balls
- Roll the dough balls in the cinnamon & sweetener mixture until coated
- Keep refrigerated & enjoy!
