Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Scramble

Smoked Salmon Scrambled Eggs


  • 4 eggs
  • 60 grams or 2 oz. of smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • Fresh herbs – your choice (parsley & dill are really good here)
  • 2 tbls cream cheese
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Chives for topping


  1. Add the eggs to a bowl and whisk together
  2. Heat a skillet to medium heat and put the butter in the pan
  3. Once the butter is melted, add the eggs to your skillet and gently stir until nearly cooked through
  4. Add the salmon, cream cheese, and herbs and gently stir the mixture together
  5. Cook 1-2 minutes more until the eggs are cooked & the cream cheese is starting melt.
  6. Plate the eggs & top with some chives!
  7. Enjoy!
