Smoked Salmon Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 60 grams or 2 oz. of smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoon butter
- Fresh herbs – your choice (parsley & dill are really good here)
- 2 tbls cream cheese
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Chives for topping

Directions:
- Add the eggs to a bowl and whisk together
- Heat a skillet to medium heat and put the butter in the pan
- Once the butter is melted, add the eggs to your skillet and gently stir until nearly cooked through
- Add the salmon, cream cheese, and herbs and gently stir the mixture together
- Cook 1-2 minutes more until the eggs are cooked & the cream cheese is starting melt.
- Plate the eggs & top with some chives!
- Enjoy!
