Rosemary Roasted Radishes

Ingredients
- 3 c radishes – cut in fourths
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375
- Throughly clean radishes and cut them into quarters
- Toss the radishes in the olive oil & seasonings
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, take out and stir the radishes around
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until golden brown on the edges
- Enjoy!!
