Rosemary Roasted Radishes

Ingredients

  • 3 c radishes – cut in fourths
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375
  2. Throughly clean radishes and cut them into quarters
  3. Toss the radishes in the olive oil & seasonings
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, take out and stir the radishes around
  5. Bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until golden brown on the edges
  6. Enjoy!!
