Roasted Brussels Sprouts w/ Bacon
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 1½ pounds Brussels sprouts – washed, dried, trimmed & cut in half
- 2-3 tablespoons melted ghee, butter, or bacon grease
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Coarse Himalayan sea salt and pepper
- 4 bacon slices, diced
- balsamic vinegar (optional)

Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Toss the brussel sprouts with the melted fat, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
- Create an even layer on a foil-lined baking sheet and add the chopped bacon.
- Roast for about 25 minutes and then flip them & roast for an additional 10 minutes.
- Season as desired and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
