Roasted Brussels Sprouts w/ Bacon
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Toss the brussel sprouts with the melted fat, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
- Create an even layer on a foil-lined baking sheet and add the chopped bacon.
- Roast for about 25 minutes and then flip them & roast for an additional 10 minutes.
- Season as desired and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
