  1. Use a hand mixer to thouroughly combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips.
  2. After the base is formed & combined, fold in chocolate chips. (You may prefer less (or more!) chocolate chips)
  3. Scoop onto a tray for a more “rustic” look or form into Round Balls
  4. Place in the Freezer for a couple of hours to harden
  5. Keep stored in the freezer or fridge.
  6. Enjoy!
