Pot Sticker Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 pound ground chicken
  • 1/4c shredded carrots
  • 2c shredded cabbage
  • 1 c diced celery
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 5 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 c chicken bone broth
  • 5 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1tbsp lemon zest

Directions:

  1. In a large frying pan, combine meat, celery, cabbage, onions, carrots, garlic, olive oil and coconut oil.
  2. Sauté for 5 minutes. Then, add bone broth.
  3. Simmer 20 minutes-stirring frequently.
  4. Stir in ginger and lemon zest and simmer 2 minutes before serving.
