Nut Butter Fat Bombs

Servings: 10


  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or whichever nut butter you prefer! Pictured is chunky PB!)
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract.
  • Pure liquid stevia to taste (10-20 drops is most popular)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
  2. Pour 1 Tbls of Mixture into silicon molds, mini muffin pan, baking cups, or an ice cube tray.
  3. Put in the freezer until solid (a couple of hours)
  4. Store in your fridge in a ziplock baggie or jar
  5. Enjoy!!

We highly recommend having fat bombs near by (especially in your first couple of weeks) to help curb those sugar cravings that can be very intense and strike unexpectedly!
