Lemon Dijon Salmon

Ingredients
Sheet Pan Salmon:
- 4 (6 oz) salmon filet
- Lemon Slices – For Baking
Sauce / Marinade:
- 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Zest
- 2 Green onions, chopped
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 tsp himalayan pink salt
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 5 drops of liquid stevia (optional)

Directions:
- Preheat Oven to 425 Degrees
- Line a Sheet Pan with Foil or Parchment Paper
- Mix together all ingredients of the sauce until fully combined
- Evenly space all salmon filets on the sheet pan
- Evenly distribute sauce/marinade over the salmon filets
- Place some lemon slices on top for presentation & extra lemon flavor
- Bake for 12-15 Minutes or until desired temperature for your salmon
- Let cool for a couple minutes & serve!
Tip : Toss some veggies in olive oil & seasoning and throw on the sheet pan with your salmon for a complete meal in one pan!
