Lemon Dijon Salmon

Servings:  4 servings


Sheet Pan Salmon:

  • 4 (6 oz) salmon filet
  • Lemon Slices – For Baking
Sauce / Marinade:


  1. Preheat Oven to 425 Degrees
  2. Line a Sheet Pan with Foil or Parchment Paper
  3. Mix together all ingredients of the sauce until fully combined
  4. Evenly space all salmon filets on the sheet pan
  5. Evenly distribute sauce/marinade over the salmon filets
  6. Place some lemon slices on top for presentation & extra lemon flavor
  7. Bake for 12-15 Minutes or until desired temperature for your salmon
  8. Let cool for a couple minutes & serve!
Tip : Toss some veggies in olive oil & seasoning and throw on the sheet pan with your salmon for a complete meal in one pan!
