  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill weed
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 Tbsp dried chives
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Directions:
