- First Toast the Hazelnuts at 350 for 10-12 minutes & let them cool completely!
(To husk the Hazelnuts, just rub the outside with your fingers & it should come right off!)
(If you can find hazelnuts pre husked & pre-toasted, that will save you some time!)
Add the hazelnuts to your food processor and pulse until the mixture is very crumbled & the mixture starts to clump together.
Slowly start adding in the melted coconut oil and the powdered golden monk fruit sweetener.
(To make your golden monk fruit powdered, simply blend it in your ninja or bullet! & Walaa! Powdered Sugar!)
(You may need to use a spatula to scrape the sides)
- Blend in the cacao powder, salt, and vanilla extract until it all becomes one smooth consistency!
