Directions:

  1. Crack egg into mug or small bowl.  Beat well with a fork.
  2.  Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Microwave on high for 2.5 minutes.
  4. Flip over onto a plate and sprinkle with cinnamon.  Enjoy!
