Keto Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1.25 cup crushed pork rinds
- 1/2 recipe Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce (or 3/4c low-carb bbq sauce)
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tsp onion powder
- Salt & Pepper

Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Form a loaf and place in a shallow baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degree oven for 70 minutes.If desired, use some of the remaining BBQ sauce on the top of the meatloaf. (Pictured with Cauliflower Mash!)
