Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.25 cup crushed pork rinds
  • 1/2 recipe Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce (or 3/4c low-carb bbq sauce)
  • 3 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Form a loaf and place in a shallow baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degree oven for 70 minutes.If desired, use some of the remaining BBQ sauce on the top of the meatloaf. (Pictured with Cauliflower Mash!)
