Keto Marinara

Serving Size: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

  • 28 oz can of peeled tomatoes (no sugar added)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 3 tsp Italian dressing (or 1tsp each Oregano, Basil & Parsley)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar

Directions:

  1. Purée the tomatoes using a blender or food processor.
  2. Add puréed tomatoes to a small saucepan and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Simmer at least 10 min. Taste and adjust seasoning to liking.

We like to serve ours over zucchini “noodles” with mushrooms & a sprinkle of Parmesan!
