Keto Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla pea milk (or any nut milk)
- 1/8 c coconut cream (or heavy cream)
- 1 tbsp coconut butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
- 5 liquid stevia drops (or sweeten to taste)
- 1 pinch Himalayan salt
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- tiny pinch of cayenne – (optional for Mexican Hot Cocoa)

Directions:
- Heat your pea milk (or any nut of choice) milk and coconut cream in a small saucepan – stirring occasionally.
- (Do not let your milk boil, or a film with form on top and makes for a horrible texture!)
- When your milk is hot, remove it from the heat and add it to the blender with the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for about 15-20 seconds – or until your desired frothiness is met.
- Add a little whipped cream if you’re feeling crazy 🙂
- Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy !!
