Serving size: Makes 12 slices


  1. Beat egg whites & cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
  2. Mix together remaining ingredients with 1/3 of egg white mixture.
  3. Slowly and gently, fold in and mix remaining egg white mixture with dough.
  4. Pour batter into buttered loaf pan.  Bake for 30-35 minutes at preheated, 375 degree oven.
