Keto Collagen Cornbread
- 6 large eggs (separated)
- 1.5 cups Almond Flour
- 1 scoop Unflavored Super Collagen
- 1/4 tsp. Cream of Tarter
- 1/2 tsp. Pink Salt
- 6 drops Liquid Stevia
- 2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 4 Tbsp. Butter (melted)
- 3 Tsp. Baking Powder
Serving size: Makes 12 slices
- Beat egg whites & cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
- Mix together remaining ingredients with 1/3 of egg white mixture.
- Slowly and gently, fold in and mix remaining egg white mixture with dough.
- Pour batter into buttered loaf pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes at preheated, 375 degree oven.
