Keto Cinnamon Almond Butter


  • 16 oz. almonds
  • tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 20 drops of liquid stevia (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt


  1. Roast the almonds on a baking sheet for 15 minutes at 350 F. Allow to cool completely. (About 20 min.)
  2. Put the almonds and sea salt in a food processor and pulse until the are nicely ground up.   
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and keep blending until you get a butter like texture (you may need to scrape the sides a couple of times)  Taste to test sweetness level and Enjoy!
