Keto Cinnamon Almond Butter
Ingredients
- 16 oz. almonds
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 20 drops of liquid stevia (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions:
- Roast the almonds on a baking sheet for 15 minutes at 350 F. Allow to cool completely. (About 20 min.)
- Put the almonds and sea salt in a food processor and pulse until the are nicely ground up.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and keep blending until you get a butter like texture (you may need to scrape the sides a couple of times) Taste to test sweetness level and Enjoy!
