Keto Chocolate Walnut Fudge

Servings: 12

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c (1 stick) butter (softened – not melted)
  • 1/2 c cream cheese (softened – not melted)
  • 3 tbsp dark cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp erythritol – we like swerve! (or sweeten to your liking)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/3 c Walnuts (pieces) (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix together the softened butter and the softened cream cheese until there are no lumps and its super smooth!
  2. Add the cocoa, sweetener and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Add the walnuts and just fold them in!
  4. Place into a lined dish, (8×8 is best!) Put in the fridge for a couple hours to completely set.
  5. Slice and Enjoy !!
