Keto Brownie Bread
Servings: 16 slices
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c lakanto monk fruit sweetener
- 2/3 cocoa powder
- 1 large avocado – mashed really well
- 1/4 c. almond or cashew butter
- 1/2 c lily’s chips
- 1/3 c. coconut flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp himalayan pink salt
For “CREAM CHEESE” Swirl
- 1/3 c coconut butter melted down on the stovetop (not microwave, it can burn!)
- 15-20 drops vanilla steviaTip – To melt down coconut butter, boil water in a saucepan and put glass jar of coconut butter in the saucepan so the coconut butter can melt easily & evenly!

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease a loaf pan really well
- Beat eggs & lakanto monk fruit sweetener until frothy
- Stir in avocado puree, nut butter, vanilla & salt
- Stir in coconut flour & cocoa powder
- Fold in Lily’s Chips
- Pour batter into greased loaf pan
- If desired, take coconut butter mixture & pour over top and use a butter knife to make a swirl-like pattern
- Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean in center!
