Ingredients

For “CREAM CHEESE” Swirl

  • 1/3 c coconut butter melted down on the stovetop (not microwave, it can burn!)
  • 15-20 drops vanilla steviaTip – To melt down coconut butter, boil water in a saucepan and put glass jar of coconut butter in the saucepan so the coconut butter can melt easily & evenly!

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Grease a loaf pan really well
  3. Beat eggs & lakanto monk fruit sweetener until frothy
  4. Stir in avocado puree, nut butter, vanilla & salt
  5. Stir in coconut flour & cocoa powder
  6. Fold in Lily’s Chips
  7. Pour batter into greased loaf pan
  8.  If desired, take coconut butter mixture & pour over top and use a butter knife to make a swirl-like pattern
  9.  Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean in center!
