Ingredients

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse the chicken in cold water and pat dry.
  3. Crack the eggs open into a bowl and whisk until beaten.
  4. Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  5. Dip the chicken legs in the egg wash and then into the flour mixture.
  6. Place on prepared pan and put in oven. Bake 25 minutes.
  7. Remove pan from oven, turn chicken over, and bake an additional 12 minutes.
