Keto Almond Milk Ice Cream
- 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup confectioners Swerve
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 – 5 drops liquid Stevia
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- Bring almond milk and Swerve to a steaming simmer
- Stir in remaining ingredients and allow to steam for a minute
- Remove from heat and cool to room temperature
- Put in freezer-proof container and freeze at least 6 hours.
- Enjoy plain or with a few berries.
