Keto Ham & Swiss Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1c heavy whipping cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 oz smoked ham, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp mustard
  • 2.5 c almond flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking soda
  • 1tsp sea salt
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 c shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Grease a 12-hole muffin pan.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.
  5. Slowly add dry mixture to wet and gently stir until combined.
  6. Fill muffin cups
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes.
