Flourless Keto Crust
Serving: (8 servings)
Ingredients:
- 2, 8-oz Packages Cream Cheese (room temp)
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp. Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Sage
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer.
- Cover a baking sheet or pan with parchment paper.
- Pour “batter” into prepared pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. (I like to put parchment in cake pan. After it comes out of the oven, I transfer it (by lifting the parchment paper) to a baking sheet to spread the sauce and add the desired toppings).
- Allow to cool 10 minutes before adding desired pizza toppings. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
