  1. Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer.
  2. Cover a baking sheet or pan with parchment paper.
  3. Pour “batter” into prepared pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.  (I like to put parchment in cake pan.  After it comes out of the oven, I transfer it (by lifting the parchment paper) to a baking sheet to spread the sauce and add the desired toppings).
  4. Allow to cool 10 minutes before adding desired pizza toppings.  Bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
