Keto Fathead Pizza Dough

Servings: 4


  • 3/4 c. almond flour
  • 1 3/4 c. shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp. cream cheese – softened
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • Desired pizza toppings


  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Mix together the almond flour and mozzarella cheese in a microwavable bowl.  Then, add the cream cheese.
  3. Microwave on high for 1 minute.  Stir completely.  Microwave additional 30 seconds.  Allow to cool 1 minute.
  4. Add the egg and seasoning.  Mix well.
  5. Form a large ball of dough and place between 2 pieces of parchment paper.  Using a rolling pin, flatten and shape into desired shape.
  6. Remove top piece of parchment and place on a baking sheet.  Cook for 12-15 minutes – until golden.

**You can break this or cut it into pieces and use like crackers if you don’t want to make pizza.
**For pizza, top with desired toppings and cook in oven until cheese melts.
