Keto Fathead Pizza Dough
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Mix together the almond flour and mozzarella cheese in a microwavable bowl. Then, add the cream cheese.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir completely. Microwave additional 30 seconds. Allow to cool 1 minute.
- Add the egg and seasoning. Mix well.
- Form a large ball of dough and place between 2 pieces of parchment paper. Using a rolling pin, flatten and shape into desired shape.
- Remove top piece of parchment and place on a baking sheet. Cook for 12-15 minutes – until golden.

**You can break this or cut it into pieces and use like crackers if you don’t want to make pizza.
**For pizza, top with desired toppings and cook in oven until cheese melts.
