(Also called: Bulletproof Coffee, Rocket Fuel Latte, Fat Joe, Fatty Latte, Keto Coffee, etc.)
Ingredients:
- 12 oz Fresh, Hot Brewed Coffee
- 1 Tbsp Grass Fed Butter (or Ghee!)
- 1-2 Tbsp MCT Powder or Oil (coconut oil works great too!)
- 1-2 Tbsp Heavy Cream (optional)
- Optional: 2 drops vanilla stevia & a dash of cinnamon – Our personal favorite

Directions:
- Put all ingredients in your Ninja or Bullet (Blender) and blend for 30 seconds to make your “fat latte” nice and frothy.
- Enjoy!
Feel free to make your latte your own. Use a little heavy cream, coconut butter, collagen protein, protein powder, more natural sweetener, less natural sweetener, adjust to your liking! Add a little pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice and little heavy cream to make a decadent Pumpkin Spice Latte. Or add in some cocoa butter for a white chocolate latte. Heat up a little heavy cream and stir in cocoa powder & stevia drops – blend in with your fat fueled coffee to make a Mocha! The possibilities are endless.
