Easy Steak & Spinach Skillet
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Fresh Mushrooms – washed & sliced
- 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 cup Fresh Spinach
- 2 Tbsp. Avocado Oil
- 4 cloves Fresh Garlic
- 4 oz. Sirloin Steak, sliced (already cooked to preferred temperature)
- 1/2 tsp. Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Serving Size: Makes 1 serving
Directions:
- Saute mushrooms, garlic, and onions in avocado oil until onions are tender and mushrooms are golden.
- Add the steak and seasonings. Saute about 1 minute.
- Add the spinach and saute until spinach just starts to wilt.
- Remove from heat and enjoy!
