  1. Put all the ingredients in a microwave safe mug and stir until thoroughly combined into batter
  2. Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes
  3. Let cool for a couple minutes
  4. Enjoy!

    Tip – I love how it tastes once it cools to room temperature with a couple raspberries & whipped cream on top 🙂
    Tip – To Spice it up for a  Mexican Chocolate Mug cake, add in 1/8 tsp of cinnamon & a dash of cayenne 🙂
