Crispy Kale Chips

Servings: 2


  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Lime wedge to squeeze over top (optional)


  1. Tear the kale up into “chip sized” pieces.
  2. Toss them in olive oil and salt before laying them out on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes then toss and flip the kale to crisp up the other side
  4. Bake another 7-10 minutes until the edges of the kale begin to brown a bit.
  5. Let cool & Enjoy!
