Keto Creamy Avocado Basil Dressing

Servings: 4-5 (Depending on Avocado Size)
Serving size:  2 tbsp

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 whole avocado
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
  • 1/2 a lemon juiced
  • 1 – 2 tsp Himalayan salt (to taste)
  • 1 – 2 tsp black pepper (to taste)
  • 10 drops stevia
  • 3 tbsp water (more if needed)
  • 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Directions:

  1. Blend everything together in a food processor or blender. Drizzle over chicken, veggies, or use as salad dressing and enjoy!
