Keto Creamy Avocado Basil Dressing
Servings: 4-5 (Depending on Avocado Size)
Serving size: 2 tbsp
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 whole avocado
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
- 1/2 a lemon juiced
- 1 – 2 tsp Himalayan salt (to taste)
- 1 – 2 tsp black pepper (to taste)
- 10 drops stevia
- 3 tbsp water (more if needed)
- 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Directions:
- Blend everything together in a food processor or blender. Drizzle over chicken, veggies, or use as salad dressing and enjoy!
