Collagen Chocolate PB Bombs
Serving size: Makes 24
Ingredients:
- 3 Scoops Chocolate Super Collagen
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 c coconut oil
- 1/4 c coconut butter
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 10-15 drops stevia
- 1/4 c lily’s choc chips for coating the outside (optional)
Directions:
- Melt down the peanut butter, coconut butter, & coconut oil.
- Slowly stir in the remaining ingredients until combined (except lily’s chips!)
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the mixture firm up
- Form dough into small, round balls & coat the outside with Lily’s chips, or cacao nibs, or peanut pieces!
- Enjoy! (Keep refrigerated! 🙂 )
