Keto Cobb Salad
- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- 1/2 c baby spinach
- 1 hard boiled egg – chopped up
- 2 strips bacon – cooked crispy
- 6 oz. chicken breast – cooked & chopped or shredded
- 1/4 c tomato – seeded and chopped
- 1/4 avocado – sliced or chopped
- 2 tbsp blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- Chop up all your ingredients into similar sized, bite sized pieces.
- Combine them in a large mixing bowl
- Top with the dressing you like ( we like balsamic vinegar & olive oil )
- Toss well and enjoy!
