Keto Cobb Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 c baby spinach
  • 1 hard boiled egg – chopped up
  • 2 strips bacon – cooked crispy
  • 6 oz. chicken breast – cooked & chopped or shredded
  • 1/4 c tomato – seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 avocado – sliced or chopped
  • 2 tbsp blue cheese crumbles (optional)

Directions:

  1. Chop up all your ingredients into similar sized, bite sized pieces.
  2. Combine them in a large mixing bowl
  3. Top with the dressing you like ( we like balsamic vinegar & olive oil )
  4. Toss well and enjoy!
