Blueberry Pecan KetOatmeal
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Vanilla Super Collagen
- 3/4 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tbsp full fat coconut cream
- 3 tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp chopped toasted pecans
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 tsp pink himalayan sea salt
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 c blueberries, extra chopped toasted pecans, and some unsweetened shredded coconut for toppings (optional)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or mason jar & Refridgerate at least 3 hours, but overnight is best! 🙂
- Add toppings & enjoy warm or cold!
