- Mix together butter, cream cheese, vanilla & sweetener
- In separate bowl, beat whipping cream with hand mixer for 2 minutes or until stiff peaks are formed.
- Add butter mixture to whipping cream and beat on low for 3 minutes.
- Lightly crush blueberries and add to the mix.
- Spoon even amounts into 3 glasses and chill for at least 30 min.
