- 1 c unsweetened Almond milk
- 1/2 c full fat Coconut milk
- 1-2 scoops Vanilla Super Collagen Protein
- 1/2 Avocado
- 2 c Spinach
- 1 tsp raw Ginger and dash of Cinnamon (optional)
