Basic Cauliflower Rice
- 1 head of cauliflower , cut into small chunks
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 green onion, sliced thin (optional)
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- Pulse cauliflower chunks in a food processor until it has a “rice-like” consistency.
- Cook on medium and saute or stir the cauliflower for approximately 8 minutes, until it starts to golden.
- Fold in the green onions if desired.
