Avocado Salad

Ingredients
- 3 Ripe Avocados cubed
- 2 c Tomato, rough chopped
- 1 Cucumber, peeled & chopped
- 1/4 red onion (sliced very thin, & chopped finely)
- 1 Lime Juiced
- 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Chopped Parsley & Cilantro
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- salt & pepper to taste(finely diced jalapeno – optional!)

Directions:
- Mix altogether & enjoy!
- Tip – Add grilled chicken or salmon for a full dinner meal!
