Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe Avocados cubed
  • 2 c Tomato, rough chopped
  • 1 Cucumber, peeled & chopped
  • 1/4 red onion (sliced very thin, & chopped finely)
  • 1 Lime Juiced
  • 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Chopped Parsley & Cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • salt & pepper to taste(finely diced jalapeno – optional!)

Directions:

  1. Mix altogether & enjoy!
  2. Tip – Add grilled chicken or salmon for a full dinner meal!
